1. Introduction

Welcome to bdok. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bdok ("bdok", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bdok.today.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bdok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on bdok, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your bdok account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. bdok will never ask for your password. • You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or make withdrawals.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it.

4. Deposits and Payments

bdok accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad only. These are the primary and only supported payment methods on bdok. Deposits made through any other method will not be credited and cannot be refunded.

The minimum deposit on bdok is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bdok reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or security reasons.

• All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other people are not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on bdok are processed to bKash or Nagad only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. bdok does not charge any fee for withdrawals.

The average withdrawal processing time on bdok is 15 minutes. During peak periods, processing may take up to 2 hours. Once processed, you will receive an SMS confirmation from bKash or Nagad.

• Withdrawals must be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to accounts belonging to other people are not permitted.
• bdok may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if bdok has reason to believe that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

bdok cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any account suspected of involvement in illegal activity will be suspended pending investigation, and all relevant information will be provided to authorities upon request.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete.
